Data we process

• App identifiers and usage, hydration and profile data.
• Approximate or precise location when permitted, to show nearby sources, validate locations and prepare offline maps.
• Submitted sources, photos, public signature, ratings, reports, comments and support messages.
• Notification and reminder data, technical information, diagnostics, app usage analytics and ad interactions.
• Purchase data needed to verify AquaFinder Plus.

Purposes and legal grounds

We process data to provide requested features, maintain the installation’s technical account, synchronize contributions, verify AquaFinder Plus, support users, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the app and comply with legal duties. Grounds include performance of the service, consent for optional permissions, legitimate interests in security and improvement, and applicable legal obligations.

Providers, retention and rights

We may share data with providers of hosting, storage, maps, notifications, analytics, advertising and purchase management. Processing may occur outside Andorra or the EEA subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards. We retain data as needed for the service, security, disputes and legal duties. Validated public contributions may remain visible to preserve the community map; you may request review or anonymization.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability at the contact address, withdraw device permissions, and complain to the competent data protection authority.

AquaFinder is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to processing in their territory without guardian authorization.
