Terms of use and subscription

AquaFinder is a service by Adrià Pérez Plana. Contact: hello@aquafinder.org. By using the app you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

If you use AquaFinder on iOS, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

Service and community content

The app helps locate water sources and record hydration habits. A source’s availability, safety, drinkability and location can change and are not guaranteed. Check signs and official guidance. You are responsible for the legality of your submissions and grant AquaFinder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, adapt and display them within the service.

AquaFinder Plus

• Plus provides all sources, ad-free use and offline maps while the subscription remains valid.
• Monthly and yearly plans are available. The binding price and currency are those shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before confirmation and may vary by territory and tax.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled in the same store account. The store handles billing, plan changes, cancellation and refunds.
• There is no free trial or Family Sharing. Purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google. They may be restored on the same platform with the same store account.
• After a payment failure, access may continue for the store-configured grace period and end afterward. Cancellation prevents future renewals but normally keeps access until the paid period ends.

Availability and liability

We may moderate content, limit abuse, fix errors, change features or temporarily interrupt the service. To the extent allowed by law, AquaFinder is not liable for harm caused by reliance on community data, connectivity failures or third-party services. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited. Material changes to these terms will be indicated in the app or on the website.
